Do I have to signup to get a free directory listing?
You can get a FREE profile listing by visiting the REGISTER page and adding your name and email address. After you signup you will receive an email activation letter. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder for this letter and mark it not spam, and follow the activation directions on that email. This is a one-time step and once you’ve done that you will be able to login using the email address or username and password you selected. Once inside you can browse the network by clicking through the Member Directory, Zoom Groups, Live Events, Book Appointments with mentors and masters and more.
Where can I learn more about the website hosting details?
Awake.net’s social platform and all web and media services offered are fulfilled and supported by the Awake Media of independent contractors. You can learn more about the web design, development, hosting, and maintenance services on their website.
What should I do if I didn't receive the Activation Letter to complete my signup?
Please check your SPAM and Promotions folder, and if its not there, please forgive the inconvenience as we are still fine-tuning. If you didn’t receive the Activation Letter please chat with a support agent and they will manually onboard you. You can book a meeting here.
What forms of payment do you accept?

How long will it take me to get accepted into the Mentors & Masters program after I submit my application?
With almost 200 people dying of overdose everyday, our deadline is real. However, to make sure that we endorse people qualified to guide a high-dose entheogenic journey, we go through a vetting process that may take a week or two depending on how many people have applied to the program. We will get back to you within 24-36 hours of receiving the application, with follow-up instructions, and we hope to approve all applications within 2 weeks.
